한국어These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fllow service ("Service") operated by PKC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fllow is a social media management platform that allows users to manage their Instagram business accounts. Our Service includes:
- Instagram business account integration and management
- Content (posts, stories) viewing and management
- Direct message (DM) management
- Insights and analytics data
- FllowMe public profile pages
- Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
4. Instagram Integration
- To use the Service, you must connect your Instagram business account.
- By connecting your account, you authorize us to access your Instagram data through the Instagram Graph API.
- You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta Platform Policies.
- We are not responsible for service limitations caused by changes to platform policies or API restrictions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use another person's account or identity
- Modify or tamper with information posted by the Company
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Defame or interfere with the business operations of the Company or third parties
- Post or transmit content that is obscene, violent, or contrary to public morals
- Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
- Violate Instagram Terms of Use or Meta Platform Policies
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
- Copyright and intellectual property rights for content managed through the Service belong to the original content creator.
- We use your content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service and do not provide it to third parties without your consent.
- The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Fees and Payment
- Basic features of the Service may be provided free of charge.
- We may offer paid services with separate pricing and payment terms.
- Pricing may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Service Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
- We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any damages arising from force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
- We shall not be liable for limitations or damages arising from changes to Instagram/Meta platform policies, API changes, or service interruptions.
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits or expected revenue from using the Service.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Account Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through the settings menu or by contacting customer support.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
- Changes will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
- Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
